Warranty and Returns

The Warranty and Returns Policy of NovaTexx.com outlines the rights and responsibilities of customers regarding product returns, exchanges, and warranty claims, as well as the commitments and obligations of the company to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with applicable regulations.
1. Definitions and Interpretation
1.1. Company – Novatexx, a legal entity registered under applicable laws and operating in the European Union and the United States of America, and accessible via www.novatexx.com.
1.2. Client – Any individual or legal entity capable of entering into agreements under applicable laws.
1.3. Goods – Products offered and sold by Novatexx through its website or other authorized sales channels.
2. Quality and Warranty
2.1. The characteristics of the Goods are specified in their respective product descriptions. Goods are deemed to be of satisfactory quality if they meet the description, are fit for normal purposes, and comply with the standard quality indicators for their type.
2.2. Due to technical limitations (e.g., screen resolution), the actual appearance of Goods (color, weight, shape) may differ slightly from their illustrations. Product photos are for illustrative purposes only. Always refer to the product descriptions before purchase.
2.3. Goods sold by Novatexx include a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty, which starts from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects existing at the time of delivery, including hidden defects.
2.4. An extended contractual warranty may be available for purchase at an additional cost. If offered, this option will be displayed alongside the product description, and the Client must opt-in during checkout.
3. Returns
3.1. Defective or low-quality Goods are eligible for replacement, repair, or return under the conditions outlined below and in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
3.2. For any issues with defective Goods, the Client must contact Novatexx to arrange for replacement, repair, or return. The specific resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Defective Goods returns are not subject to shipping costs for the Client.
3.3. The Client may return low-quality Goods within the warranty period stated on the purchase receipt, which is always a minimum of 2 years from the date of delivery.
3.4. Notification of defects must be sent to Novatexx no later than 2 months after the defect is discovered.
3.5. If the Goods are defective due to a manufacturing fault present at the time of purchase, the Client may request one of the following resolutions:
3.5.1. Repair of the Goods free of charge if the defect can reasonably be fixed.
3.5.2. A reduction in the purchase price proportional to the defect.
3.5.3. Replacement with a comparable product of appropriate quality unless the defect is minor or caused by the Client.
3.5.4. A full refund and cancellation of the Agreement in cases of significant defects constituting a fundamental violation of the purchase terms.
3.6. Novatexx reserves the right to deny repair or replacement if it is impractical or would impose disproportionate costs, considering factors such as:
3.6.1. The value of the Goods without defects.
3.6.2. The significance of the defect.
3.6.3. Whether alternative remedies would meet the Client’s needs without causing undue inconvenience.
3.7. Refunds or returns are not granted for Goods that have been intentionally damaged, misused, improperly stored, or otherwise handled contrary to the specified instructions.
3.8. Returns must be made within the applicable warranty period specified on the purchase receipt, which is no less than 2 years.
3.9. Clients must notify Novatexx of their intent to return defective Goods via email at support@novatexx.com, including a copy of the purchase receipt.
3.10. For EU-based Clients, defective Goods or warranty claims must be returned to a designated address within the European Union, which will be provided upon initiating the return process. Similarly, for U.S.-based Clients, defective Goods or warranty claims must be returned to a designated address in the United States, which will be communicated during the return or warranty claim procedure.
3.11. Returned Goods should be shipped securely and packaged to prevent damage during transit. Novatexx is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or improperly addressed during the return process.
3.12. Refunds will be processed promptly and no later than 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned Goods. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
3.13. The Client is not entitled to withdraw from the Agreement if the defect is minor and does not significantly impact the Goods’ usability or value.
